Shipping policy

We dispatch standard local deliveries daily with our courier service except on weekends and holidays. However, weekend and holiday delivery rates will be communicated after an order is made.

Order cut-off time: Orders placed before 9:00 AM GMT on shipping days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be rolled over to the next dispatch day.

Ideal for express/weekend/holiday orders that do not fit within the standard schedule.

Nationwide Delivery (Outside Greater Accra)

We ship across Ghana, including Kumasi, Takoradi, Cape Coast, Tamale, and more.
While we aim to maintain a 3–5 business day delivery timeline after dispatch, external factors like regional accessibility and third-party schedules may cause slight delays.

Rates will equally vary depending on the exact region the product is going to.

Additional delivery fees will apply for re-delivery should the item be returned to our warehouse.
